$22 for a wash and I find unrinsed soap streaks on my hood, grill, and all along my doors. I also found some paint damage that wasn't there before. I just bought this car 3 weeks ago and it's already scratched.
I had an issue with getting my car washed at the Fairfield location and my vehicle did not get all the way clean. I was told I would get a free wash and email and did not receive one. No worries, though the general manager at this location, I believe his name was Richard Took great care of me and gave me a premium wash or the highest grade wash you could get for free thank you so much To the general manager at the south Lebanon location, Richard and for the team at Mike’s car wash
This location never quite gets the car as clean as Fields Ertel. I am an unlimited customer for two vehicles. I stopped in on 1/27 at around 7:25pm and sat at the car wash tunnel for 10 minutes. I even gave a light honk, thinking maybe someone didn't see me. Not sure what was going on, but nobody came to the tunnel, so I had to leave without a wash. I know they were open as I saw a car leave the tunnel right when I pulled in.
I’ve only used Mikes Carwash twice. First time was a great experience my car shined for well over a week and I was extremely satisfied. However I went back for the second time on Tuesday and had the worse ever! I noticed the wash didn’t seem as smooth as the first, I heard a bang, and as soon as I pulled out noticed white spots all over the car and windows. When I got home I got out and noticed a big dent in my hood my headlight housing is busted my bumper is scratched the fin that goes around the bottom is scratch and it’s clear to see it’s a big brush that left all these marks! Since then I’ve tried reaching out numerous times and got a my call couldn’t be transferred a few times and have spoke to three individuals whom I thought was to be an attendant or manager at the site but ended up
I went through and just got a basic wash came out my hood was all scratch the top of my car was scratched up and the back wasn’t clean at all
