These guys were great and helpful when I needed some tires because mine had popped. I needed it on a Sunday, and these guys were the only place around that was open and we didn’t have to wait hours and hours for it to be fixed. Meagan was the smiling face that welcomed us in and she was very helpful with pricing and options to fit our budget! Great in a pinch when you need it!

Stopped in here on a Saturday at around 4pm after another place down the street barely acknowledged my presence. I was quickly greeted, checked in and had a screw removed from my tire and patched in roughly 30 minutes! Staff was very friendly! I will def go back here again!

Firestone in Southington was incredible today. I stopped by to top off my tires with air before a long trip and they found an issue with one of the wheels. This was completely unexpected and I didn’t have much time to wait to get it fixed, but without getting it fixed, I wouldn’t be able to drive my car. They offered to fix the issue on the spot, but quoted me a two hour wait, which I really didn’t have, but I had no choice, so I waited. They put a rush on it and fix my car in less than half an hour! I was in tears and beyond grateful for what they did for me. That whole team was amazing!

My girlfriend's check engine light came on on a Sunday. We brought the car in that day and was helped by the manager, Nick. The customer service was excellent. The car runs great and we're both happy with everything. I'll recommend Nick and his team to my friends for sure.
