Firestone Complete Auto Care

On a road trip to Ohio. Tire keep leaking air. We pulled to Firestone and the service was Excellent! Even though they didn't carry the size tire we needed. The showed us the problem, explained everything. Service was on point. Joe knows is job. We thank him and Firestone.

I came out one morning to use my van, and my tire was flat. I had been experiencing a very slow leak in that tire but had just been refilling it every couple of months, but this morning it was flat. I filled it back up and took it to Firestone. There were a couple of customers ahead of me, but I was attended to in short order. I left my van for repair. They had me fixed in about an hour. I couldn't make it back to pick it up for about a day. I asked if there was an object in the tire, and the tech said it was a screw. I was on my way in no time. Everyone was friendly, and the tire repair charge was fair. I am a happy customer.

Preston and the other gentleman working that day were very informative about some preventative maintenance about my vehicle. The price was $200 less than other garages in the area and also received another $100 off from the coupon. Will be returning soon for tires!

I came in for an appointment to put new tires on my vehicle at 10am They said it should done within an hour. They took almost to 2pm to get my tires put on. 4 hours past then my initial appointment. Other than that. They put my tires on and they did a great job.

The service is excellent, even tho it took longer then estimated. The team was able to work with me and I am very pleased with them. Joe is a great guy.
