First-time customer here, and my experience was genuinely amazing! I booked a same-day oil change and also needed my tires and brakes checked. Lance was phenomenal! Super upfront, honest, and didn’t play any games when explaining what was going on with my car or how the pricing worked. He recommended great tire options, and I felt completely taken care of. I walked in thinking I needed new brakes, and instead of trying to upsell me, Lance told me the truth: my brakes still have plenty of life left, and I don’t need to replace them yet. That honesty alone sold me. I moved here a little over a year ago, and it’s been such a struggle to find a reliable, friendly, and transparent car place that actually cares about their customers. I called in for a repair, and Lance took care of scheduling. I brought my car in, and they got it fixed quickly. Lance also gave me some great tips for keeping my car in good shape.

This place is the best! They worked me into their schedule close to closing time and stayed late on a Saturday night. Reassured me that the vehicle I was purchasing was safe and in really good shape besides needing rear brakes eventually. They brought me peace of mind and were very thorough Also, their inspection rates are way cheaper ($21.99) than anybody else in town! They charge the same rates across the board despite if it’s a foreign car. definitely gonna come back here and recommend them to my family and friends!🙏😎👌

Over the years, whether it was alignments, flat repairs, or full tire replacements, the work has always been completed promptly and with care. If you are a young adult, female, who knows barely anything about cars, go to Firestone in Maplewood! I’ve been going there for years and after, once again, an amazing experience, I will never be going elsewhere. I’ve had great experiences with Gal and David.
