I had an oil change out of town and they did not secure my splash guard. I noticed it dragging and called Firestone in Cottleville. They got me in with 30minutes and secured my slash guard back on! Im so thankful for their fast service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was greeted and assisted promptly. They didn’t hesitate to help me fix another companies error. Firestone saved my car before the issue became a bigger problem.

Salman, the manager, was quite friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made sure that I was happy with my new tires and made sure I received my discount before the expiration date. Salman made a couple of suggestions for my car, but was not pushy and was very accommodating. I f elt like I was in good hands and working with somebody that had actual integrity.
