Firestone Complete Auto Care

I don’t know if this is common practice, but they are trying to take as much money as they can from you. I’ll give some context. A couple of months ago I brought another car to this place to get an alignment done. I did it over the phone. The person who I spoke to gave me some options on what I wanted when it came to my alignment. He gave me 3 options. A 6 month which is $80 something dollars, a year one which was along the ball park of $150, and lastly a lifetime one which was over $200. Now, foward to today I brought in another car for an alignment done. Did the appointment on their website. It didn’t give any options. When I went to the store to drop off my car. I spoke to someone in the front. When we spoke he gave me my quote without giving me any options. Automatically told me it was

Came here with a bad battery and waited between 6 and 7 hours to get my vehicle back. Doesn’t seem like a speedy service location at all. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful while some were not. Phone died while waiting and there’s nowhere to plug any of your devices in while you wait all day for your vehicle. Would be nice if they had a device charging area or something.

I called on Sunday morning when they opened, to see if they did wheel alignments and if I needed an appointment. I was blessed to talk with a representative named Rubin, who was very personable, informative and pleasant. They got me in, checked everything on my vehicle and gave me a detailed explanation of everything they found. They completed my alignment in less than 1 1/2hrs. Excellent customer service, quality mechanical work and decent prices. I Will definitely be back.

I had such a great experience at Firestone! Correy was super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. He made the whole process quick and easy, and my appointment actually wrapped up earlier than expected. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done (I bought tires and a lifetime alignment).
