Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went here to find out why my tire sensors were not working on my newly purchased used vehicle, they told me it’s the computer and sent me to the dealership as it was something there not equipped to handle after waiting over 4 hours for there service. Turns out they never actually checked the sensors! I’m at the dealership now and was just informed the vehicle had no sensors. Thanks for wasting my time Firestone! Avoid this place! Attached is a photo of the problem from the dealership. Pretty easy fix if they took the time to actually look at my vehicle.

Firestone in Stroudsburg is amazing, my brakes went last minute late on a Friday evening a hour before closing before a snow storm. I explained to them I'm an ER nurse who needed to be able to get to work in the snow. They went above and beyond and stayed slightly after hours to get me right. It was much appreciated, great service!

Every experience I’ve had with Firestone has been excellent. During a recent visit, I was facing some financial difficulties, and Joe, Russell, and Flora went above and beyond to help me get the lowest possible price. The professionalism, kindness, and compassion that Joe, Russell, and Flora demonstrated were outstanding. They truly care about their customers, and Firestone is lucky to have them.
