Huge thanks to, Justin, & the team at Firestone for installing my battery at 6:55 PM — just five minutes before closing! I really appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and teamwork. The store was spotless, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thanks again for going the extra mile! Went back in yesterday thought I had a tire issue Justin greeted Me and checked my tire and was kind and knowledgeable. Nothing was wrong wiring tire and I appreciated his honesty.

Got a new tire last week and they gave me a broken/leaky tire. I understand that things happen but this is the second time this has happened this year. So i book an appointment for them to fix the tire that they literally just gave me. Made an appointment at 4pm and they didnt even touch my car until 5:45pm. All for a 2 min tire change. This happens EVERY time I am here. Constantly wasting my time. I think they just like my company here because they love giving me broken tires and having me wait in the waiting room for 3 hours to fix the broken tire they gave me. Most of the workers are just standing around doing absolutely nothing the entire time. I am canceling my firestone card after this and will not be a returning customer.

He explained everything clearly, made sure I got the right tires for my car, and even checked my alignment and pressure before I left. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

It’s such a great service to have the tire alignment and rotation included when you buy tires from Firestone. It keeps your car in good working order and more longevity for your tires. The staff were prompt in taking my car back for the appointment and gave me a full inspection of my car.

I stopped in while on vacation after noticing a warning light on my dash. The team here was awesome—friendly, quick, and honest. They fit me in right away, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely one of the best Firestone locations I’ve ever been to!
