I arrived at Firestone about 7:00 AM. I was greeted with a smile and a warm Welcome! This made my auto needs a little easier. Mike was pleasant and very informative. I was informed of the service needed for my auto repairs. What’s very pleasing, my vehicle was ready for me to pick up by 10:00 AM. I compared the cost to that of the dealership, and it was less. Norman was so very helpful. After going to other Firestones and having a lifetime warranty on my tires upon wanting to purchase new ones, they wanted to charge me for balancing and rotating the tires even if I purchased the Lifetime warranty on the new tires, I was not comfortable with this so I called around to other Firestones in the area that had my tires and Norman made sure to get me in and out with everything I needed with an extra tire for the same price as what the original place had quoted me he went above and beyond and was so very kind. this man truly cares about what he is doing and helping people.

I had a slow leak on my tire and I was greeted by mike. Mike told me that the tire wasn’t reparable, but he didn’t just try to sell me a tire. He ran me through his options of tires even offered a free alignment check. I like mikes honesty and efforts to ensure me I’m getting the best deal. I felt comfortable doing business at this firestone,  will return when I am ready for more tires.

State inspections done quickly and are super convenient. Tire service is always A1 and you can’t forget that life time alignment.
