Had my car towed here because I blew a tire 20 min outside of town after a 6 hour road trip getting here. They were able to fix my flat even though it was a difficult case, and did so in a timely manner, too, knowing I had a 6 hour drive home same day. Everyone was exceptionally professional, and helped me get in and out with a job I feel safe driving on. I wish I could have paid them all extra the experience was that good!!! Good people here 🙏🙏🙏

Very polite, excellent care service with your vehicle and always inform customer once technician see other matters with your vehicle. They ask if you would link to resolve the matter or schedule an appointment for repair at a later date. They are understanding and always extend a helping their customers. This is just a small greatness they do, honestly I have experienced situations and they were / are great. Their prices are reasonable.

I am grateful for the manager at this location. When I first came in to get repairs I did not receive the resolution that I wanted, but when I took my vehicle back the manager went over and beyond to make sure he located the issue and take care of it. I will be back of that location continues to have such great leadership.

The team of the store did a great job getting our Tesla back on the road. After the side of our tire got teared up we had a hard time finding a fitting tire in any tire shop in about 40 miles radius. This guys found and delivered the tire for us from a different location, very quickly got it on and getting us back on the road. I can strongly recommend them.

Great Team and Service! Got a flat tire tonight and stopped by Firestone about 30 minutes before closing. It was pouring rain and cold, but they still got me in and took care of it. David fixed my tire, and Judy at the front was super kind and helpful the whole time. They stayed a little past closing to finish up and make sure I was good to go. Really appreciate how they handled everything, great people who actually care.
