Cayl Hendricks and his team did an amazing job. Drove down from Moreno Valley for a specific tire. Other places around me couldn’t get the it tire in the timing that I needed so this was worth the drive and time for me. Cayl and his team got me in and out as promised and even sooner than I expected. Was professional on the phone and not like the other stores where they seemed robotic. Cayl provided great customer service and experience. Highly recommend!

Ralph and Cayl are A1! I drive a lowered 2017 wrx and had a hard time finding a shop for an alignment, but they got me right! If you have a lowered car and need an alignment, they got you covered! They used wood blocked to make sure my car would make it on the rack with no issues. PS I did have to remove my bumper to make it a bit easier on the techs.

We had an unfortunate piece of something puncture our front tire and had our car towed to Firestone Temecula at 11pm. Used the early drop off box and received a call from Cayl who had the shop all to himself on New Years Eve of all days… He jumped on it early and had our two new Firestone tires there, the work completed and car picked up before they closed for the night. Thank you so much to him and his crew for knocking it out and making us feel safe again! This is the fourth car we have taken to our Firestone and we have always been happy with their service. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already!

Steven and his team were incredibly helpful. I showed up last minute needing new tires for my truck, and even though they didn’t have them in stock, they were able to grab them from their warehouse so I could get everything done the same day. I waited in the store, and Steven kept me updated the whole time with honest durations. Great service and a great experience.

Great experience as always! Convenient walkable location. The manager Cayle was very helpful in explaining what was needed and why. He was able to get my car back in a timely manner and was even willing to work on the price a bit ;) never hurts to ask! All in all we have been using Firestone since it was Express tire in 2002!
