Great People! AWESOME Service! I called around to several Firestone with on success of getting a same day appointment. I called Firestone in Universal city and Richard was very understanding and was able to get me in! He and his staff went the extra mile for me! I am very appreciative!!!

Brought my car in to have them run a diagnositic test because it was having issues. They had my car for a day and a half and never reached out to let me know the status. When I called to check in they said they tried calling me and my husband. Which was a lie. Neither of us had any missed calls or a voicemail. Then they said they also emailed me which was also not true. Then they told me the issue was that my transmission was bad and needed to be replaced (even though it's a Honda Civic that's only at 90k miles.). Then their system gave me an estimate of over $9,000 which even the employee said probably wasn't right (then why give me an estimate?). Took it to the dealership for a second opinion. It was a bad sensor. Cost me less than $900. Thanks for the panic attack! 👍

had auto zone do a diagnostic on my truck and oreilys both said needed a tune up and oil change... took to firestone for that cause the entire reason i went to get diagnostic from auto zone and oreilys was because the truck was taking like 3 times to start so was tryin to figure out what the deal was they said no codes came up and it needed tune up and oil change well spent a little more than 800 on those 2 things from firestone and truck is still doing same thing took it back to yall and yall want an additional 100 and something to see what else it could be...that was already my entire pay check was basically something i probably didnt need...so my uncle listened to it we googled some stuff and changed the fuel filter runs great now... i only wish i wouldve never took it to yall and blew
