Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have an older model Grand Am which is beginning to need various parts replaced with almost 100,000 miles. I always take my car to Firestone for all my service needs because they do exceptional work and the prices are reasonable. With the Firestone Credit Card it saves more and gives me six months to pay the balances. The Venice store and employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks guys for all your good work.

Eric and Colby were tremendously helpful with all the services on my truck. Everything that needed to be done was shown to me and explained why it needed to be replaced and how it would improve my drive to work on a daily basis. Got in my truck to go home honestly expecting little change in how much truck drove but holy cow everything is so much smoother and so much less clunking. These guys know what theyre talking about!

I spent four hours here for an oil change and tire rotation, and I’m not convinced the tire rotation was ever done. When I got my car back, all four tires had the exact same pressure as when I dropped it off. I knew what the pressure was on each tire before I dropped of my car. That alone makes me seriously doubt that the tires were touched at all, and I also noticed no improvement in how the car drives. There were plenty of employees working that day, but it didn’t seem like much was happening with my car. While they were apologetic about the wait, the lack of transparency and questionable service made this a frustrating experience. I would like something to be done to help fix this situation. I really used to enjoy coming to this location, but this recent visit makes me not want to ever

41 by Center Road on the bypass Firestone very professional, helpful polite always takes care of my vehicle to the max. Go check them out. They take care of my tires, my rotation, my alignment to check over my vehicle and tells me what I need very thorough. Thank you.

Their mechanic changing my blown tire, stole cash from my car. Made me call the police if I wanted a manager to go through his things because he wouldn’t do it voluntarily. So had to wait for a place to show went through it, found the cash he stole from me. Manager told me that he would be on suspension, but before said if they found the cash be fired on the spot. Just think it’s crazy to pay for a service done that resulted in your money being taken.. and wasted time waiting for the authorities to arrive, search, find.
