I came in from out of town and needed a tire changed without an appointment. They took care of me right away, and it was honestly the best service I’ve had in a long time. The manager, Benjamin, was extremely helpful and made the whole situation stress-free. I’m very grateful for the quick and professional service!
Joanna was great in ordering my tires and setting my appointment to have them installed, but the wait was way to long appt 7:30 didnt start on it till 8:30
Great Place.. Great Techs Josh located the issue with my car and let me know that my tabornator needs to be replaced. While Pete made sure my Automator had a strong connection to my carburetor. The up front team were also very helpful and knowledgeable…. And Joseph did a good job airing up my tires. 👍🏼
Took my 09 vibe to get a lot of work done on it. Ben and the Firestone crew did an awesome job of getting my daily driving right again! Very helpful and at a good price. Definitely going to be using this location more.
Affordable, availability, customer service was lovely, took a bit longer because it got busy but it wasn’t too bad of a wait. They even put on cartoons to help settle my 1.5 year old who had me chasing her around LOL. Lovely staff
