I had an excellent experience at this Firestone Complete Auto Care location. The staff was the epitome of professionalism, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and address every concern I had. What stood out the most was their honesty. I know enough about cars to recognize when I'm getting the runaround, and I can confidently say that this team was straight-up and transparent about the issues with my vehicle. It's refreshing to find a shop that you can trust. Because of this positive experience, this is the only shop I'll be taking my car to from now on. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto care

Already recommended to my father, we’re bringing his car in for service! Making an appointment was quick and easy. Upon arrival to drop off car for oil change Malo was friendly and courteous. I had asked about an issue I had with my brakes. Malo took the time to explain why previous inspections may have resulted in a “your brakes are fine” even though they continued to squeak. Malo assured me they would take a look. When I arrived to pick up my car Malo confirmed that they looked at my brakes and found no issues. Cleaned some dust off which should help with the squeaking. I had an unexpected tire blowout after hitting a very large pothole, and this shop made a stressful situation so much easier. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all my options. They made sure the replacement tire was a good match for my other tires, which I really appreciated. When I called, they got me in the very next day and already had the correct tires in stock for my vehicle. Excellent service all around.

I’ve never gotten my car repaired, and was always scared cause I’m socially awkward. My car broke down for the very first time, I was fortunate enough to get it towed to this location. All mechanics made it a very easy and pleasant experience as a first timer to an auto shop. Shoutout to whoever the district Manager is, the people have spoken and they want a Pizza Party and I think they deserve it lol

Both of my service techs were amazing and fast... There was a line when I came in but the customer service was impressive that I didn"t have to wait long for my turn. He did what was asked for and told me about a problem that needed to be fixed and could get it done quickly. Which it was he called me in a timely manner and I was impressed. Thank you all for always taking care of my baby (car). You all are amazing!!!
