Firestone Complete Auto Care

I took my car to Firestone back in May for an oil leak. I specifically told them I had a leak, but instead of physically checking under the car, they replaced the valve cover gasket. During the process, they cut my vacuum hoses, didn’t bother telling me, and tried to cover it up by taping them back together with black electrical tape. I didn’t discover this until three months later when my car kept cutting off on the highway coming back from Atlanta. I was almost hit multiple times because my car would just shut off in traffic. That’s how I found out what they had done. When I brought my car back, the manager argued with me and claimed someone else must have done it. He finally agreed to fix it, but instead of properly repairing both hoses, they just added more tape. This is the most unpro

Both gentlemen in the front was nice and professional. I was assisted quickly, it didn't take too long even with one person ahead of me. Sebastian was very helpful and informative. Also, let me know what kinds of special they were having for the month. I will continue to come here because the one in Macon on Riverside sucks.

Great customer service, but that is really the only positive comment I can give. 5 hours on a Sunday before I even left the store. Waited about 2 hours before my car even got pulled into the garage. I needed to replace driver side tires. For my patience they gave me a discount. Really appreciate the customer service, just with the technicians were a bit more efficient with their time as I really only seen one guy doing anything and the other goes in and out from the back. I hope they add more technicians in the future.
