It sure is nice to know that tire places like this still exist! Couldn't be happier with the friendly, high quality service. They really go the extra mile for their customers. They even put air in your tires for free...and they do it with a smile! Highly recommended!
Im not sure where to begin, but ill make it sweet and "short". This store, and by that I mean the AWESOME staff, are really great. From the lovely, and very hospitable, Latina Ms. "Lori", to the friendly atmosphere of the mechanics, really made my experience that much better. There were some instances in which they went over and beyond, even when they did not need to, and that made it a better than 5-Star experience. For the worker who goes by Lori, I hope Firestone realizes that they have a tremendous employee, and dually qualified for her role. Lori, thank you once again, for your patience with my stupid bank card, but hey, it finally went through, haha. Mike and his team are amazing. They are always so helpful and respectful. I only bring my car to Firestone when work needs to be done. I find all of the Staff are great to work with. Also, they are honest and provide safe and affordable options. I am grateful for the great customer service and auto care, FromFirestone Over the last 15 to 20 years. Great team, super personable and reliable, comfortable environment, went above and beyond my expectations for service. Making them my regular maintenance location from now on! Worked with Mike .. I had a blowout yesterday evening while traveling through the area. My car had to be towed to Firestone. Lorey help me schedule an Uber to my hotel when I couldn't get my credit card to work - out of her own pocket! When I picked up the car this morning, I left cash to reimburse her along with I thank you note. She seriously went above and beyond!
