Flash Car Wash

This is the second time a Flash Car Wash has ripped part off my two year old car. The first was I was told “oh sorry we’ll give you a few months free.” Well the free months never came. They just pretend like they don’t understand what you’re saying. This time time all they have to say is “oh sorry about that” and pushed the button to send me through the wash…. My wife goes to Scrubadub and has never had an issue there.

Always have someone pointlessly standing by the machine when you come in harassing you to buy a monthly membership that you can simply purchase on the screen yourself. The employees have poor attitudes. They don't spray your car down before you go into the car wash, so if there is salt on your car...it's going to scratch. If you have an SUV...the back of your vehicle is going to remain dirty and untouched. The vacuums are free, but are the weakest vacuums I've ever come across. Absolutely no suctions at all. The 2 stars is for the free air to blow your car off seeing the blowers in the car wash itself don't perform as they should. And the soap they use smells nice. Other than that, I'd use ScrubaDub right next door to this place.

Awful customer service topped with awful car washing. I was a diamond member and went in to get a car wash done after some bird poop covered parts of my car. Hoping that one car wash would solve it all, since I did get the diamond service .. Right? Wrong. After the wash, I inspected and spots and bird poop was still on my hood! Aggravated, I went back to the front to talk to the manager, he came up, with one airpod in his ear and said “its a paint problem. go again” i went up to the hood and removed the poop with my nail and said, paint? Really? And I said what if it doesn’t come off? He said “then you keep going” and he laughed. Thinking I have all the time in the world to do this. Not a “we’ll waive next months fee” or something of that sort. But just horrible customer service. Will not

They were good at first but lately my car is coming out with salt because they don’t change the rags they dry it with or it’s recycled water. And when you have the inside of the car done the windows are worse and there’s puddles of water on your mats. If you can’t do it right don’t do it. I pay the monthly fee but it getting ridiculous.

You need to direct your staff at the new location to understand how to use hand signals when bringing the cars into the car wash and onto the track. North providence used to do this well, your coventry people dont do a thing but wave you in. I have hit my rim 50% of the time and damaged it with no hand signal direction. I love the car wash itself but direct your staff to understand hand signals. If you acknowledge this message as the owner i will change my score and not cancel my membership as of now I wont use your car wash anymore in fear that I dont do any more damage to my tires EDIT: TY
