Firestone West Long Branch has been my go-to tire shop for years. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and always bring five cars in for tire repairs and inspections. Recently, I took my wife’s Honda Odyssey van in for 4 new tires and axle repairs. I informed the manager, Len and Louis , that the car has a kill switch for the battery that shuts it off. When I went to pick up the car, I was disappointed to find that they couldn’t turn it on because they had left the kill switch on. Today I came into Firestone to repair a tire and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Luis went above and beyond from start to finish. A situation that’s usually stressful and annoying was made simple and easy thanks to how knowledgeable, patient, and honest he was.
