I shared that in the past I’ve had issues with tire pressure sensors after getting new tires installed, and I wanted to avoid that headache again. EJ reassured me that they would check the sensors both before and after the installation. He also explained that with Toyota and Lexus vehicles, it’s fairly common for older sensors to stop working during a tire swap. I appreciated the honesty upfront. The team did a great job overall. I want to give Jason and his staff five star. Yesterday I called Jason and explained to him that I needed an oil change and he was very professional and honestly nice. When I went to Firestone, Jason. Offered me excellent customer service. I also explained to him about the brakes squeaking and the muffler. I told him I will. Definitely be back to do those services. This was my first time going to Firestone for any service. I had four tires replaced. The technician notice that I needed new brakes on in the front end of my car. I was very grateful for him pointing this out. They were extremely busy but it was worth the wait.
