It's been two years since I've been back at Town Fair Tire. Customer services was the best! I was late because of Boston traffic and they still took my vehicle found the problem I was having with my tire showed me and FIXED IT. ALL WITHIN 20 MINUTES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. I really appreciate you guys. And the place is spotless!

Highly recommend! So easy to book an appointment I came in the first day. They didn’t have my tire. I rebooked an appointment. They had my tire in the next day. They told me I’d be there for about two hours. It only took an hour which I was really happy about really nice guys. They have great customer service and the price was really good. Under $200 for one all-wheel-drive tire included getting rid of old tire , balance etc. I will be back again. Thanks again!

Paul and his team were great! They are clearly knowledgeable and they were able to order a replacement, schedule me same week, and get me back on the road safely. Pricing was in line with what I expected and reasonable for work performed. Would definitely return in future and recommend to others.

Store manager Paul quickly assessed the situation, determined the issue was likely just ice and snow in the treads, and resolved it immediately with a simple tire rotation, free of charge since I purchased my tires there. I have gone to Town Fair Tire in West Roxbury multiple times over the years, Paul is always extremely professional and helpful with any tire issues I have had. A very easy process with a comfortable waiting area, fair prices and quick service. They also make sure to provide the most cost effective options. I’ll always continue to use this location for all my tire issues!
