This Firestone location is a danger to the public. I don’t say that lightly. After my girlfriend brought her car in for a routine brake fluid change, her brakes completely failed while she was driving on the highway. Not “felt soft.” Not “needed adjustment.” Stopped working. The result? Her car was totaled. This could have easily cost her life or someone else’s. A basic service turned into a catastrophic failure because of pure incompetence. And before anyone thinks this was a one-off mistake, it wasn’t. They previously worked on my car and performed a coolant flush, only to forget to secure a clip, which caused all the coolant to drain out of the reservoir. That’s not a small oversight. I want to give a shout out to Kyle. When I talked to him about questions on my vehicle and the service done, he was more than willing to explain the process and help me understand what work was done and why. Very professional, kind, good sense of humor when needed, and overall just made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. He was very attentive to detail and again, just amazing. Definitely will be recommending service with him here!!

This past weekend I had a great experience at the local Firestone from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was quick, fairly priced, and done right the first time. A special shout-out to the manager, Gary, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free. He was great at communicating the time line for my repairs and keeping in contact with me and his employees. It’s clear he cares about both his customers and the quality of work being done.

The technician I spoke to, was very accommodating for getting me an appointment on the same day I called, which for that specific store, I know personally, is very difficult. Also, they communicated very well both on the progress of my vehicle, including addition recommended work, and when my vehicle would be ready. Although I dropped it off, I didn't expect it to be done until the very end of the day, but they surprised me and had it done way before closing time. Kudos to the crew at the Maize Store!

Service was wonderful! I got a set of new tires and Gary helped me find a price that fit in my budget! When I told him I needed it done quicker so I could get where I needed to, he made sure it was done! Definitely recommend and for sure will use them agan!
