Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was so happy with the service I received today. I went with the thought I had to purchase new tires. But unlike other services, they offered to see if the tire could be patched first before the expense of new tires. They were able to fix the tire and I was on my way in little under an hour. I am thankful that this business does not sell unnecessary products...but just what is needed. Thank you for your great service.

I was totally impressed with every interaction I had with the people at Firestone. Pierre was my first contact and he was very respectful. Their follow up was amazing. I’m not easily impressed and rarely give 10s but the team at this location earned and deserved it.

Went in today to ask about potentially having a problem with acceleration, looked at by the technicians. And a wonderfully professional young man named Jamison helped me promptly and went out to my car and pulled some codes. He was exceptionally honest and generous in helping me as much as he could. The best part of this is that he indicated that my car was a complicated car to work on, and it might be best for me to take it to the manufacturing dealer service department. He laid out all the options and helped me make the decision that made the most sense. I always get work done at Firestone because their hours are exceptional, and the people are too. I hope you will encounter Jamison when you go there.

These guys rock!!! I was stranded at walmart And hours from home, they got me to the store and put on the right tire that they had in stock I have to say it was a nice looking tire better than what I had on and had a really great price. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your tire needs. They save me and my wife as she is currently in labor At the time that all this was going on and I was able to make it home and watch my baby girl be born thanks to these guys hats off and thank you from this veterans heart to y'all. Pierre and Johnny were very nice and helped me out tremendously by taking the time to explain things to me in a concise and clear way. Being a female, I get taken advantage of a lot. I'm thankful for their assistance and helping me get back on the road safely.
