Firestone Complete Auto Care

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!! I have a car that I am leasing. I have had the car for a year. I have a warranty through the lot which said I could use Firestone. I took my car in because it was overheating and eventually the hoses blew. They replaced the hoses and not even a week later it started overheating again. I took it back and they replaced the water pump. I had the car for about a week and it was still over heating. I called up to the store and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it. After FIVE HOURS all they did was a pressure test to tell me that nothing was wrong. I told them that the reservoir was bubbling and they heat did not work unless you accelerated. This usually means that the coolant level is low. This shouldn’t happen if it was “fixed”. Also there is sludge in

They were booked when I brought my son's truck in for a new rear tires, but to make sure they were fixed before he started traveling back home on a slick tire they took the time to work him in today before he left for his trip. Some people do have a great heart!! I AM thankful!!!

We have been going to Firestone for over 20 years over three states for tires and other mechanical needs for our cars.The sales associate at this location was very kind and enabled me to get 4 new tires with alignment for a great deal. I did not make an appointment since I originally was going to get a tire repaired, but the tread was very low on my run flat tires and replacement was necessary. They were able to find my tires nearby to be delivered and did the install immediately along with the alignment. I chose not to do run flats to experience a smoother ride. This particular location also works on foreign cars. This is something that we did not have in Colorado, where we moved from. They have also worked on my daughter‘s car, which is a Subaru. I took my vehicle for a check engine light and they were amazing. They had me in and out very fast. The staff there is extremely friendly and efficient. Prices are way more affordable than taking your car to a dealership. I live about 30 minutes out but I would definitely come back here if the need arises.
