Firestone Complete Auto Care

Ran over a large piece of metal on a Sunday. Everyone else was closed I came in here they was packed. The guy got me right in and changed my tire to the spare. No charge. I will definitely come back thanks again to the Tech Rio

My experience at the Wyoming Firestone was excellent. I brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection and they did a thorough job checking through all the key areas including concerns from the carfax report that we brought with us. They walked me through recommended repairs and timelines plus their overall thoughts on the price considering the work that was needed. I would 100% recommend this shop and am grateful for their competent service.

So I’ve been to the other location on the east beltline and I had a great experience! Left them a 5 star review! Unfortunately, this was pitiful in comparison to them! Came in at 2:40pm for a 3pm appointment. Didn’t expect the guys to start immediately on my car! But when 1 hour and 10 minutes went by, I walked behind the shop and they still hadn’t even looked at my car, I mean what a joke! They eventually pulled my car into shop at 4pm after I explained to the guy that I needed to go! If I hadn’t walked out and looked for my car I probably would have waited a lot longer! They had my car for almost 3 hours and the car was still pulling to the right!! I mean what the hell! Gave me some bs story about tires. I asked for my refund and he said ok. John, the store manager helped my wife with a tire repair today with compassion and attention to detail in a very timely manner as she was in route to see our grandchild from Lansing. Well let me say this firestone save me over $100!. Im very appreciative for the gentlemen at the desk. I explained i was purchasing a car and I wanted it checked out b4 purchase. I had been told by other places that the charge was over $100. This firestone did a pre inspection checked at a affordable price. Im very happy with them!
