After our Honda CR-V was hit by someone with an apparent disregard for stop signs, we called the local Honda dealer for body shop suggestions and they recommended First Aid Collision. I stopped in to scope the place out and Karen L. greeted me, answered my questions (and happily for me) was available to do an estimate. I was impressed with her knowledge, kindness and the overall professionalism at the shop. They provided the insurance company with all the photos, documentation and pricing needed and then kept me in the loop with frequent text updates (and let me know when nudges to the insurance company were needed to keep things moving). Working with First Aid Collision was a very smooth and pleasant process. They kept us up to date and answered any questions we had while our 4Runner was being repaired. The damage to our rear quarter panel was repaired, paint looked great with no orange peel, and we got the car back clean. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely nice and patient with us. We'd recommend them to anyone looking to have bodywork repaired.

Customer service was great. They were very easy to work with and communicated well throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, I’m not pleased with the paint job. The amount of orange peel is tough to look at. They have offered to fix it, but I’m not interested in having the same tech that did such a poor job, “fix it.” Also, my windshield was covered with overspray. I came to First Aid because of the great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not that great.

Kept me well informed and repairs completed when promised. You can tell that all the staff take pride in their work just by how clean and organized the parking/storage area is at all times. Also assisted with my insurance even though I went to competitor for an appraisal.
