This once great repair shop has fallen under the greed of the owner. Long time Person Polo is still amazing, but he cannot combat the greed of the owner. They do shoddy work now, they do work and charge you without getting it approved first. Me, my brother, and niece have been going there for years, but we're not going back! Disgusting! If anyone can recommend a trustworthy mechanic in the same area please let me know. For example, this repair shop was going to charge my niece $3,500 for a engine replacement, luckily she had Car Shield. They jacked at the price by a thousand dollars for Car Shield And charge seven hundred dollars in taxes Plus her $500 deductible ($1,200 with Car Shield). When she got the car back they put in a battery without asking her and charged her an additional $275

They must've had my review removed because they don't want people to know what thieves they are. They charge 50 to 60 bucks for inspections on brand new cars or they will tell you that you can't pass inspection because the wipers are bad so they could charge you meanwhile I barely had any miles on a brand new leased vehicle ...they WILL tag team you with this scam so BEWARE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

DO NOT GO HERE THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST BLACKS . I arrived to get an inspection the mechanic on duty did the diagnostics to my car and told me to pull behind another car while I'm sitting here waiting two Dominican. Men comes out and starts to tell another Dominican men that just had pull up that he's next in line to get his car inspected mind you this man came after I did people was outside and started telling the Mechanics they were wrong once other bystanders got involved then they decided to put me next but I declined the services because I had been discriminated against already. There were two other customers that had decided to leave and take their services somewhere else because they had experience what I had experienced firsthand in sight so please be careful by spending your mon

Had to replace two rear tires to pass the NY inspection. After a few days I noticed that they installed tires from different manufacturers on each side. The tires spec is the same they just look very different on each side. Who does that!!? They didn’t even tell me about that and it’s hard to notice.

I wished this men would not service her because she was black. They wanted her to move out of line and go behind a man the was his out race. This is USA we are serviced in order!!!
