Had a great experience at First Choice Automotive. I stopped by after hearing a weird noise on my drive home and found them through the top reviews nearby. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and quickly assessed what was going on. Erik did a great job explaining the issue in a way that was easy to understand, and Aram clearly walked me through the quote and next steps. The pricing felt fair and affordable too. Overall, the process was smooth and stress free. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for any vehicle repairs in the Dallas and Mesquite area!!

Good honest staff making a good honest living. They are straightforward. They will tell you if you have a problem and explain what needs to be done. I have been using First Choice automotive since they opened and have nothing but good things to say about this location.

First and last time going here. Went in for an oil change. When they removed the oil filter they let it drain all over the skid plates, crossbars,etc. I understand this as it not the greatest location but you could make an attempt to wipe it off with a rag when complete so there isn't oil dripping down my entire underside of the car and driveway. Something so simple would have gained you repeat business.

These guys are great! Had an issue on my daughter's car and they put it on a lift and assessed the situation and it was something that required a specialist. They recommended where to go and they didn't try and charge me anything. Were VERY helpful! Thanks guys!

Best place that I have ever taken both of my vehicles to get repairs. The knowledge, expertise and timeliness that the staff displays is beyond comprehension. Definitely a well run operation. I will recommend First Choice Automotive to everyone that I know. 5 Stars!!!!
