Mr. Hatfield has been our family’s mechanic for generations, and we couldn’t trust anyone more. He’s honest, fair, and—best of all—has a great sense of humor. I drive an older car that seems to have a new issue every other month, but Mr. Hatfield never tries to upsell or push unnecessary services. I've taken multiple trucks to Robert and his team. One a late 80's, one an early 2000's. The variances in years don't seem to be a problem for them to fix. They've never let me down. He does what he can to offset costs on certain things while still doing the repairs right. I owe him and his team a huge thank you. In fact, I'd go as far to say that I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else and I highly, highly recommend his establishment. Robert is the best. True story. I took my car to a dealership to get a quote on a transmission cooler hose connector leaking. They said it was stripped on both sides and I would need a new radiator. Quoted estimate $1700. Declined that and took it to R&J. He called and said all he had to do was tighten it. He cleaned it and filled it up with fluid all for under $70. If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop, look no farther. He definitely has a customer for life. I was so impressed I even had him do another job on my car before I picked it up the same day! Word of mouth advertising is all this place needs!

My family has taken our vehicles to R&J for several years and have always been pleased with the services provided. Robert is honest about the severity of repairs & works within our budget where possible with our older vehicles. He looks at repairs/costs as if it were his own car/investment. He and his co-workers treat all customers with respect and value people more than profit.
