AWESOME AND SWEET PEOPLE!!!! They went above and beyond to get me approved. So grateful for Ricky & Luis they stayed until 9pm just to make sure I had everything I needed for my vehicle! Will definitely refer everyone else here.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE! This place has pulled a real fast one on me! I took my car in because the motor stopped running and it wouldn't turn back on. They called me this morning and said they needed to put a battery on it and so I authorized them to put it on. They then called me back to tell me that upon further inspection they then put it on the lift and saw a rod coming out of the block! They told me that I owe them over $500 and knowing that the battery can be taken back I asked them to take it back to help me to be able to afford to proceed. Tell me why their first question was (are you going to have us get a motor? ) First of all, I do not and would not trust anyone who charged $548 for something that the $98 inspection should have covered. The driver went above and beyond! He called us as soon as he got the request, came all the way out to Cumberland Furnace to get my car, and after he got to our house, he pushed our car into the parking spot because it didn't roll off the truck in to it! Rico was the greatest tow truck driver we've ever met! Super impressed!

Joe came out to toe my vehicle this morning, he was on time, courtesy, professional, friendly... got the job done quickly and safely delivered my car to the facility!! Thank you for the great service and job well done.

1st Class Auto, is truly 1st Class.. I have a 2014 GMC Acadia and they have practically Made my truck brand new. There Team of Mechanics are outstanding and There administrative Team is as well. I Want to personally give a shout out to Ms. Olivia who works Administration and Jose who is one of There Master Mechanics. I encourage anyone who has any car issue, to contact 1st Class Auto and leave your car troubles up to them.....And they are tremendously affordable and Honest with all that they Do... 1st Class Auto is the only way to Go!!!!!
