First Class Towing & Recovery

My Fiancé got a flat tire at 8:15PM and our roadside assistance went through over 30 companies, all of which refused to help a stranded motorist on the shoulder of a dark and busy northbound US23 under the Plymouth road bridge. First class arrived and took care of her. Offered to tow the car to any service center we wanted. The driver, Moe was amazing and so friendly. They came through when no other tow company would. Truly a lifesaver this evening.

I called this place in a desperate time of need when my car was still drivable and in good condition. I just needed them to pull me out of the snow 6ft from the road and they quoted me over $400! These people DONT care about their customers.

Best tow experience I've ever had. After calling roadside assistance I was given an ETA of 60 mins. Monty, from First Class Towing was to me when I needed him most and in record time!! He called within the first few moments of dispatch to make sure we were okay and told me he would be there promptly. We were stranded on the side of the road on US-23 with transmission malfunction, so that was good news! Monty was out to rescue us within 10 mins! Not only was our driver reliable, fast, and very knowledgeable he was warm and very caring. I can't thank Monty enough for his care and service.
