First Line Auto

My 2006 Mercedes decided to die in convenience store in Easton while I was on my way to see Lafayette lose to Lehigh. They recommended Easton Tow and they did great job of getting me to Nazareth. First Line said we will get you fixed and out of here. Needed two new batteries. They sourced on a Sat afternoon and got me on my way by 5:00. Reasonable price and great service! Highly recommend!!

I love bringing my cars here I’ve been coming to first line (now Curt’s) for a long time for regular maintenance and some repairs when they are needed and I’ve been continuously impressed with how pleasant staff is, no one is pushy or rude and they don’t ever try to upsell me on useless things my car doesn’t need. The waiting room has free drinks and snacks just like the dealer and everything in the waiting area is comfortable and clean, they even have the mindfulness to burn a candle in the waiting room so it doesn’t smell like tires and oil in there much like other shops, this place is a 10/10 if you plan to wait for your service.

I took my Chevy Trax in at a very short notice on a Saturday afternoon, needing it for work by the end of Monday. They got my car in, checked, and fixed before 1 PM Monday!!! And then I had a BRAND NEW problem on Tuesday, brought it in Wednesday and I'm out the same Wednesday!!! Vince showed me the parts that were broken and explained everything to my father (cause I don't have a clue about anything cars ✨) !! Great service and great customer service!!! 🚗

The best car service in the Lehigh valley if you own a foreign. Very reasonable prices on Volkswagen service compared to other shops. First line is going to be the only place I take my cars from now on.
