Nazareth Ford Service Center

I took my Ford Fusion plug-in hybrid to Nazareth Ford Service Center for its annual inspection, and the experience was excellent. They were honest and professional—no upsells, just straightforward service and feedback that matched the issues what I already knew about the car. The staff were courteous, efficient, and even fit me into their schedule the same day, which I really appreciated. Price was reasonable and in line with other shops around in the area for the annual inspection service. This was my first visit at Nazareth Ford, I used to go to Koch33, and they’ve definitely earned a new loyal customer now. Me new favorite Ford dealership in the Easton area. Five stars!

Great first experience with the service team at Nazareth Ford. While only taking our new F-150 in for state inspection, John Hershey and his team treated us like long-time customers. Received a video update for the tech who did our inspection and a prompt follow-up call from John.

I can’t say enough good things about Justin and Zane. I have worked with both of them since I bought my truck from Nazareth Ford in 2020. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for maintenance/service. They are both honest, trustworthy, and all-around great guys. Highly recommend.

I scheduled a 7:30 a.m. appointment well in advance for an inspection and 1hr additional labor for basic repair. I even dropped the vehicle off the night before to make the process easier. Throughout the day, I spoke several times with the service advisor and finally received a call at 4:00 p.m. informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was also told the service department was closing at 5:00 p.m. due to New Year’s Eve, which gave me very little time to arrive. I ended up getting there at 4:50 p.m., cutting it extremely close. Given the early appointment time and the basic nature of the services, I expected the vehicle to be completed much sooner. Additionally, the technician left my vehicle in poor condition.
