They provide mulitple oil change options including the use of Purple oil, which was new to me, but through research, is an exceptional motor oil. Look it up. The communication is clear and professional. You notice the cleanliness of the operation and there is was no overselling of services whatsoever. Only honest reccommedations. They also offer UHaul rentals and exceptional car detailing, both of which we used and will continue to use. Finally, ask Phil about the how and the why that this business was created. What a GREAT first experience I had today with this local shop! Zero wait time, and they were friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and thorough. I happened to have the necessary supplies on me (oil filter and oil) because a friend was going to do it for me but then couldn’t last second, so in desperation I googled cheap oil changes in Salem, and this place I’d never heard of was mentioned first! And they used my supplies and only charged $25 for the labor, even offering to change my air filter for free when he saw my newly-bought filter in my trunk. And THEN I heard about their awesome mission (via Salem First Baptist) to be a second chance employer! So cool!

This place is awesome! Always friendly and takes good care of my car. I forgot to post this last Christmas but I won a full car detail from them and they did an outstanding job. It was like I had a brand new car for a little while anyway, got a dog that’s pretty hard on the interior lol

This is the one place I trust to get this service. They always inform me, don't upsell, and are so friendly. Also, cleanest ladies restroom I have ever experienced in a place like this. Pretty sure his name was Nick that helped this time. Wow!! So informative and helpful about things they don't even offer there to get checked out. Best place ever. Best staff ever.
