First Quality Roadside and Recovery

My tire blew out while I was driving on the highway today. I pulled over and was stranded. Thankfully Robert happened to be driving by and pulled over and asked if I needed assistance. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. He immediately went to work replacing my tire with the spare. When he saw that my spare was too flat to drive on, he offered to tow it to the gas station. Then he helped me fill it with air. At the gas station, he noticed that my spare wasn’t holding the air and actually needed to be fixed. So then he towed me to Belle Tire and got me set up with them to make sure I could get my spare tire fixed. He handled it all for me and didn’t leave until he knew I was going to be okay. Wow!! First I would like to say that the owner ROBERT is exceptional!! He went above and beyond at a reasonable price without adding extra charges for every little thing. Don’t find people like that very often nowadays. My vehicle slid into a ditch during a snow storm and I took Uber home because the first quote I got to pull it out was ridiculously overpriced from another company. After making a few calls I was getting much higher prices and then there was ROBERT WITH FIRST QUALITY TOWING! Not only did his reasonable price cut out the competition when I told him I would Uber back to the car to meet him he offered to pick me up on his way to recover the vehicle to save me the cost of the Uber! After reading the reviews I figured this would be a good company to use. I found out real quick why they are so highly recommended. They took great care of me at a very affordable price. Found I had a flat tire after a long night of parent teacher conferences. Husband came to help, but the tire wouldn't budge. Called Rob. While he was on his way, I went to leave in my husband's truck, but the battery had died. Rob helped us alleviate two problems in the matter of minutes. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn’t let this experience go unrecognized. From the moment I called, this tow truck company went above and beyond anything I expected. I was stranded on the side of the street late in the evening with a blown serpentine belt and a almost dead phone battery. Not only did they arrive quickly but was able to help me with getting something fixed with my car. What really stood out was the driver’s professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to explain what he was doing, gave me advice on what he thought was best. Most tow companies just do the job and leave according to my dad, but this felt like being taken care of by someone who actually cared.
