The owner, Tyler, is very passionate about the work he and his team do, which is a plus because you know they will take good care of you. Kyle, the service advisor, was also great; he didn’t try to upsell and is super knowledgeable about the cars that come in and out of the shop. This will definitely be my go-to shop for my new Audi!

We brought in an older BMW for our son that needed some serious work, and Tyler’s team handled it perfectly. Tyler is one of the few people my husband trusts with our BMWs. Best experience I have ever had at any mechanic . I was having timing issues, Tyler was able to do it for a third of what another shop wanted to charge me and the other shop wasn’t even sure if the problem would be resolved after quoting me nearly ten thousand dollars . . They even charged 300 dollars for an “inspection “ where they just told me everything I brought up to them before I dropped my car off, pretty sure all they did was scan my car even though I already did that and gave them the error code . And they took about 3-4 days for this “inspection“. Im so happy I found McGinity Automotive . Both Kyle and Tyler offered amazing communication and was able to give me a straight forward quote and explained to me what exactly my issue was, they always kept me updated . And was able to g
