First Rate Automotive did an excellent job replacing the driveshaft on my Honda Element and got it done quickly. The whole process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. They were able to clearly explain multiple issues with the vehicle, laying them out from what was critical to what could wait and might need attention down the road. No pressure, no upselling, just honest and direct communication. They were great to deal with both over the phone and in person. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend First Rate Automotive and will definitely return if I need work done again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jeremy. He repaired my radiator but left a line disconnected, which caused coolant to drain out over time and coat the underside of my car. This wasn’t caught or addressed, and he never checked the radiator fluid level or proactively offered to clean the underside of the vehicle, despite the obvious mess and risk. After multiple follow-ups, he eventually agreed to power wash the bottom of the car but never called me back to actually do it. When I followed up again months later, the interaction became confrontational. He repeatedly demanded “What do you want?” instead of trying to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the original mistake. Jeremy was awesome! I needed a pre-purchase inspection done on a car and he was able to fit me into his schedule in a reasonable amount of time. I feel so much better about buying the car now that he's looked at it and given me his expert opinion. Very professional and excellent communication, and a fair price for the service.
