Had my car towed from shop in Raleigh to Nash County. Was easy to schedule and Caleb even called the shop himself to make arrangements and let them know he was coming. Was accomodating of my schedule changes and arrived on time, was careful with my car but still efficient and didn't take long to load at all. Arrived and was unloaded safely. Price was extremely reasonable, especially for the distance and remote location of the drop off spot.

Caleb was super kind, helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us! Great service! I would give more stars if I could!

Needed a tow and didn't know who to call after reading reviews First Response had great reviews. Spoke to the owner Caleb and he was great he took care of me and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again if needed.

Very good experience very friendly, he answered the phone quickly every time I called, gave me suggestions, and was alert and gentle with my car!!! Calling everytime from now on. Btw the prices are the lowest you’re going to get.
