He performed a visual inspection, test drove my truck, and ran diagnostic and additional tests to quickly pinpoint the root cause of the problem. He even took the initiative to call around to local auto parts stores to see if my existing part was still under warranty, which helped me avoid paying extra out of pocket. This guy saved Christmas!! 🎄 we broke down on 95 going southbound to Florida for Christmas and at 5 PM the day before Christmas Eve this kind gentlemen not only had a friend tow our van to his facility, but he immediately started working on it and tried to get us out of there as quickly as possible. He needed another part to work on it in the morning and even drove us to a nearby hotel with our dogs! The work was completed really quickly in the morning and we were on our way and got to Florida just in time for Christmas Eve dinner. Completely reasonable pricing for the amount of time and energy he spent with us trying to get us back on the road very quickly. Super appreciate his hard work, and attention to detail —he really knows his stuff and I highly recommend him to anybody in the area

We had some car troubles heading down I 95. So we called Hustle and Boss, and this gentleman looked at our car at 10:00pm on a Saturday, drove us to a local motel, and worked late on Sunday to ensure we’d be back on the road safely and in a timely manner. We were kept in the loop during the repair process, and when we needed a part that would take a day to be shipped, JR drove over two hours away to pick it up himself. I’d rate JR and Hustle and Boss an 11/10 if I could. The work done was excellent, pricing was very reasonable, and customer service was the best I have ever experienced with a mechanic. I Highly recommend Hustle and Boss
