First State Chevrolet

This was our 2nd deer hit & another time someone had hit our vehicle in the parking lot. The quality of work & service received has been exceptional all 3 times. On this last visit we used Enterprise rental next door & the overall service for all aspects was great. Communication from the collision team is exceptional with no hidden fees. The paint match was exceptional as well. I cannot say enough how much we appreciate First State! We highly recommend First State for all your paint & body needs . Totally satisfied customer !

Everyone i talked to and dealt with were great people and very polite. I just think I went on the wrong day. Im usually in and out of a dealership fairly quickly but we were there for over 4 hours and then couldn't take the car home because the battery was dead so had to wait til Monday for them to clear the engine code from dead battery. They didnt get to look at the car until later Monday and it was quick easy fix. We leave in the car later that day with less then half tank of gas so I had to fill it up before even getting home. End of year and the salesman had another customer and he actually came in on a saturday he was supposed to be off to get the papers signed, I appreciate that. I just think it was bad timing for mediocre experience on buying a nice car. Great people and awesome ca

I had a great experience with Jake. I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted, and he was never pushy. He gave me the space to make my own decision and was always there to answer any questions I had. I absolutely hate the car-buying process, but he made it an easy and less stressful experience.

Having my car serviced was so easy since I was able to schedule the appointment online. The gentleman in the office are very professional, and helpful. I am always very pleased with the service we received from first state Chevrolet.
