Fisher Auto Elec Repair Specialist

If anybody give a good review to these people, y’all have to be family members or friends and it’s fraudulent. They only have one worker and a secretary and they had my truck held up for almost 2 1/2 months. We made an appointment and it took a whole month to get it in just for them to put it in a spot to do a diagnostic it sit there for another month and a half and they charged me $200 just to do a diagnostic and they said they don’t deal with used parts and the part I need it. They don’t even make them brand new. I need a PCM. On top of that they want to overcharge me. I wouldn’t mean these people to a circus or a graveyard. This building need to be shut down. They are rude and incompetent.

Critical : professionalism, communication Fisher had my Audi for four months never fixed my problem.When I complained that I didn’t believe they had done anything and had found the part myself , I was then told that he would have to research how and may not have the equipment. So I told them I would take it somewhere else to be repaired,they got angry, they did not charge me the diagnostic charge but left my car worse then I bought it to them. Worst customer service ever. I had to initiate calls and was never able to speak to the owner himself just the receptionist. Now beyond the initial repair my car needs I will also have to pray it can be repaired because of water left on my car floor and wires left exposed in the water. Fishers is the best he will get your car back together, my babe told me about him. I love and feel welcome when I talk to Ms. Betty the team is beautiful. I was quoted $1700 gave them $1200 2 months ago thinking they'd start working on it. They hadn't even started on it 3 weeks later when I was back with the other $500 and then proceeded to tell me the price is $1900 not $1700. The gag isI have the money THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR AND WON'T CALL ME BACK WHEN I CALL TO CECK ON IT.
