Not hard to say that I won't be returning, the staff member there was extremely unhelpful and the store had half the lights off, if I wanted to look through dark and unorganized parts shelves I'd go work at a parts warehouse. Don't bother asking if you're looking for something you'll just get a pointed finger, with "it's out there somewhere". I ended up at Napa right up the road with a much better experience.

No returns on most items and tools. Terrible place to shop. Bought some tools I thought I needed but didn't end up using. No exceptions. Wasted 20 bucks. They need to get with the times and update their return policy. Plus they are completely overpriced.

The best customer service I have had in a long time. I had my small children with me, but the staff was so helpful and kind. Wow! Take the time to go here and skip the horrible service at the big box stores.

I have never had a bad experience at any CAP store. I have been to every Worcester location and many others. I will go out of my way to go to CAP. I drive a 2016 VW Golf R. I can almost never find a rear wiper for my car. I was on my way home to Worcester from Southbridge when my relatively new rear wiper shredded and literally fell apart. There was heavy rain forcasted the next day. I needed to replace it. I had siri look up the address for the park ave store. I would get there right before the 6pm closing time. I called and Matt answered. He looked it up and he had none in stock. I had a really odd size and he gave me the size number.
