First off, for those who use them, Tom has retired and Chad has taken over. Happy retirement Tom. I have been going to them for years and have never been disappointed. Great friendly service and very reasonable charges. I am very confident I'm not being told something needs done when it does not. I've been to other places where that has happened and paid a lot more. As to the towing complaint I saw, Fisher's is contracted by AAA for towing which keeps them very busy so I can see where they were not able to do your tow when not an emergency. Many times waiting for my car I hear the phone ringing frequently for towing needs. As said great business and looking forward to using them again

Called for a jump, and the gentleman was there within 15 minutes. Service so quick I still made it to work on time.

My car wouldn't turn over, so I crossed my fingers and called a nearby, local tow. A mechanic came quickly to do a brief diagnostic and jump my battery. He was friendly and helpful. Payment was odd. No invoice, no cards, no receipt, asked me to just give him the cash. He waited until got my car squared away and I was able to return later in the day. Long story short, quick service, friendly mechanic, fine advice, somewhat unconventional on the business side.

Broke down on the way to work on a back road. These guys were the closest. I drive a beater, but Paul was absolutely the dude today. Took amazing care of the car, and when some things started going awry, he was on it, took every possible precaution he could to keep more damage from happening. 10/10 would call again. Shoutout to you, Paul. You made my incredibly crappy day so much better, and I even learned something new.
