I've brought my Accent to Fitzgerald Hyundai for service at least once a year for 10 years & have received excellent service from everyone there every single time. They're honest, skilled, friendly, efficient, affordable. This week was no exception. Service Advisor Gaby was terrific, treating me as if I were a family member. And the final cost for the work came in LESS than the estimate! I love this place!

5 hours of waiting and STILL no estimate – Completely unacceptable I arrived for an 8:00 AM appointment for a recall service, and it has been almost 5 hours now. I have received zero updates and not even a basic estimate on when the work will begin or end. Every time I follow up, I am told "sorry, just wait." What is the point of a scheduled appointment if a customer is forced to wait for 5 hours without a single piece of information? This is a complete lack of professionalism and total disregard for a customer's time. I am beyond frustrated with this level of service.

In January 2025, I brought my vehicle in to have the rear hatch unlocked, which had become stuck in the closed position. Unfortunately, not only were they unable to unlock it, but their attempt also resulted in damage to the internal hatch cover. I have contacted the Director of Customer Services multiple times since then, and each time I was assured that the issue would be addressed and the damage repaired. It has now been 10 months, and despite repeated promises, nothing has been resolved. This experience demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and substandard customer service. I cannot recommend this business to others based on how this situation has been handled.

My wife and I had an excellent car-buying experience! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I brought in my car for fluid leak and the next day I had to called them to see if they had any information about my car I was told I need to wait. Here’s 4 pm and not news but my car is ready and “they didn’t find any leak and everything was good with my car”. I asked if they added oil because it was way too low to drive and I got told it doesn’t need it. A customer service quoted “someone is playing a prank on you”. What? I let my car rest for 24 hr so the oil can settle down after I picked it up yesterday and guess what? The undercarriage is full of fluid and the oil still low. I called them back today to let them know about the issue again and also that I feel like I’m not being taking seriously about this. 11/07/23
