Porsche Bethesda - Service & Repair Facility

It has always been a pleasure to have my SUV serviced at Porsche of Bethesda. Phil is and the rest of the service department are STELLAR! I am well informed at all times, they are very knowledgeable, and I love receiving an email/text and video from the technician that services my vehicle. Staff is friendly, and the location is clean including the bathroom and both waiting areas. The snacks are very much appreciated for the mornings I had to miss breakfast. Porsche of Bethesda, is my go to location.

Very pleased with the service. It was the 20,000 miles service. I was offered a loaner to drive back home. The service took about 5 hours. The vehicle inspection was emailed to me for info and approval. All was good and they suggested a replacement of the front and rear wiper blades which was necessary. The interaction with the service manager was courteous and efficient. I have a 5 year maintenance plan purchased with the car so I only paid for the wiper blades replacement. The service price is on the high side but so is the price of the car. As long as it is well performed you are confident that the value of your car is maintained regardless of the depreciation.

Phil was awesome! I met him a few years back with my first Macan. I was happy when he remembered me now with my 2nd 🤣- car needed major service- he got me loaner, in and out within 24 hours in time for me to head to work. I appreciate the follow-up, kindness, and professionalism - I will continue to drive out here from DC for this teams top notch service!

We've serviced three different cars here, and always had a good experience (better than some other Porsche dealers in the area). The work is always done right, communication is good, waits usually aren't very long, and we can reliably get an appointment with a loaner car when we need one. Recently, Louis went above and beyond, having his valet drive the summer wheels/tires for my car to my house on Saturday morning after swapping on my winter wheels/tires at the dealership. The prices aren't cheap (it's a dealer, after all), but they do good work.
