I was greeted at Fitzgerald by a friendly and informative salesman CONNOR FISCHER. He was well groomed, well spoken and a wonderful representation for Fitzgerald motors. Everything worked out beautifully made a decision to purchase a beautiful car and everything was delivered as promised. Only one tiny detail of not filling the washer fluid. I highly recommend this company. Everyone I worked with was professional and accommodating.

4 star could become 5 star if everything works out. Salesman Mason was super friendly and helpful. The manager came out and answered some questions as well and another new salesman was friendly to talk with. They answered all my questions. No hard sell on anything. Went to different building to finish sale and finance person was great. Things went potentially bad when I got home and sunroof wouldn’t close; however, they are now fixing it for me with a loaner. If I get it back and all is well it’s definitely a 5 star review.

Last night I purchased my beautiful Mercedes Benz from Fitzgerald. My sales rep was Leon Johnson. He was absolutely amazing!!! I will be recommending him to friends and family for sure. No matter the situation, he will make magic happen! I was truly impressed with Leon Johnson. Highly recommend!!

Bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan from FitzGerald Used Car Superstore in Frederick, MD. The experience was really wonderful. I hadn't purchased a car in a long time and Eric in sales took the time to make sure I understood the process and that I was satisfied with my choices. I was impressed with how quickly the sales manager secured a loan with the best interest rate for my used vehicle. The transition from the sales team to the finance team was super smooth. Liu in finance was open and transparent so I did not feel blind-sided or tricked at the table. The entire team was just so upbeat and efficient. I was driving away in my van in less than 3 hours. PERFECT experience!!
