Five Star Auto Care

I will recommend Five Star Auto Care to any friend that needs body work done on their car. They took great care of my little Lexus as they repainted the hood, repaired a rust spot on my door, and polished my headlights. The paint job was clean and well done without any flaws. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Plus, the team is friendly and kind! 🙂

Early last month, my car got reared. Without going to details, the ordeal with the other party involved made me lose hope in humanity. What’s worse was I lost so much sleep worrying about the other party and the underhanded examples of those around the person that may change the said person’s moral standards. I genuinely like the kid before the “adults” got involved. My car insurance, using my udm, originally sent me to another body shop (in the network) that is close to me. But then came the day prior for me drop off my car, I got a phone call saying the body shop couldn’t do it because of rebuilt title. The adjuster and I wasn’t aware of this policy…. Shorten the story, I basically need to find a non corporate shop that will take the car in. And that is when I discovered Five Star. With

Five Star Auto Care absolutely lived up to their name. I had a paint job done with them, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept me updated, and delivered exactly what they promised. Living in Franklin, I’ve overpaid for subpar work before, so finding a shop that does excellent work at fair prices is a big deal. Five Star is worth the drive every time. On top of that, they’re just genuinely great people — the kind of folks you feel good about doing business with. Highly recommend.

Dropped off an OE Honda s2000 spoiler to get painted. Highly satisfied. Paint matched the gas door perfectly. Pricing was good, workmanship good, quick turnaround. The owner was very nice. Will definitely be back.

Johnathan the owner was very professional and thorough with the auto body work. He updated me on the status of my car, and finished before he said they would (even during a week of snow.) They went out of their way to make my car look great upon pick up. Below is the after picture, and before.
