Just bought a new car from MaxDrive and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My salesperson, Ben, was fantastic—no pressure, just honest help and great information. The test drive was easy to schedule, and the financing process was quick. The whole team was friendly and efficient. So glad I chose them!

I had a "Deal Summary" finalized for a trade-in of my 2009 Scion xB for a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze from Cargurus that MaxDrive was apparently unaware of. In the end, they were unable to honor the Cargurus "Deal Summary" because they cannot accept trade-ins with a lien, and I made a 370 mile trip from Russell Springs, KY for nothing. I guess it's good that I'm retired with nothing else better to do. LOL

Great experience buying a truck from them. Price was reasonable and the truck is nice. The sales person , Destiny was very nice and helpful. No pressure or pushy tactics to sell a car. I definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience buying my son’s first car at this dealer. Ben was helpful and friendly. The car checked out well with a mobile mechanic. Will definitely keep this dealership in mind for future purchases.

Customer Service was great but was very disappointed on one of the vehicles. One of the guys had said that there weren't any issues but in fact I found issues on the Acura and even offered to show them, but he kept insisting that there wasn't and didn't bother to let me show them, but I work at a shop, so I know what I'm looking at and then said he could get parts off of eBay to fix the issues ( even though he said there wasn't any issues ) but that was shady because 1. Your cheaping out on parts and getting parts off Ebay instead of good quality oem or similar parts. I was still willing to buy the car, but he only wanted to take off 250 dollars off which if you even wanted GOOD parts and labor doesn't even cover the issues.
