Earlier this year I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge from here after test driving several other vehicles. Being a 15 year old vehicle, it was in remarkably great shape, and this is considering the previous owner had children. The vehicle was purchased at a very fair price, all things considered. After purchase I noticed I had a headlight out, which I changed myself at home. A few weeks later I noticed a nozzle for my wipers wasn't spraying properly and saw the hose came disconnected - this was an occasional issue on my previous 2007 Edge so I attempted a fix myself. These were things I not only expected buying a used car but are very minor issues on a vehicle this age. However, when my nozzle fix failed, there was an issue with a faulty backup sensor not reading correctly, I needed my nozzles

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Five Star Auto - 7761 Greenfield Rd sold me a lemon car. They kept trying to lower my price to make me buy it, and I should have known something was wrong when the car didn’t start and they had to jump the battery. The man made it seem like this was the best car and that I should pick this one. Whole time they were just money hungry. I bought the car because I loved it. Yes, I test drove it, but only for 10 minutes because they didn’t have gas in it, so I couldn’t do everything I wanted to check. I ended up buying it, and literally on my way home — mind you, I only live about 12 minutes from the lot — the car shut off with me and my kids inside. I got a car from them last year and got another this year and I’m happy with both!! Good reliable cars, great customer service, they remembered me and was very nice to my kid and they’re so patient and willing to work with you 10/10 will be back again

I love them !!!! This is my 3rd car by choice I upgrade l was able to trade my last car in ( they gave me a very good price on the trade ) upgraded me by two years !! Family shops with them you guys are good salesman want reliable shop with them …. And they offer warranty( that dealer shops actually take )

If I can give Mike and his team at 5 Star Auto Center 10 stars I would! I stumbled upon this place while driving and decided to stop in since we’ve been in the market for a car for my little brother to go back and forth to college for and I couldn’t be happier about my decision. Mike showed us so many different cars, told us all about their features, how mechanically reliable they are for the 45 minute commute my brother has each way and told us what to expect from every car. Very knowledgeable gentleman. We ended up landing on a 2017 Chevy Malibu and he’s been driving it every day with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I definitely recommend Five Star Auto Center for anything car related for sure!
