Excellent work on my SUV's front fender and bumper. Looked brand new. They kept me updated on the progress. Excellent staff... friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you, if needed. They allowed me to leave my rental car and contacted Enterprise for me which saved me time. Highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Five Star Collision Services! They repaired my car after my son’s accident and did an outstanding job. The work was completed quickly, and they kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, which I really appreciated. The technicians and the adjuster were both professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Everything was handled smoothly, and the only cost to me was my insurance deductible. The quality of the repair and the level of communication truly made this a stress-free experience.

I promised Sydney I'd give Five Star Collision a review and say something nice about him. His office is clean! 🤣😂😅 Seriously, the entire staff is someone you'd want to be friends with. The moment I walked in, Sidney had me acting like I'd known him a long time. They are professional, courteous, and nice ( they share donuts and cookies with you ). My car was done almost two weeks early! She was as good as new. I'll always use Five Star Collision and highly recommend them!

I'm grateful for the patience of the team that performed the repairs for my vehicle (Hyundai IONIQ 5). They were able to work on an electric vehicle, which I understand is a new experience for both techs and customers. While they did complete all repairs, which I am truly grateful for, there is still room for improvement. A few problems I faced: - Not all parts seemed to be ordered at the same time or were missed during inspection and had to be ordered. This delayed the work by a week at least three times. Perhaps it's a logistics issue, but it still was not a great experience - When I received the vehicle, I attempted to remove my license plate in order to get it replaced, but one of the screws were fastened too tight with too much torque. I was able to find a better screw driver to hand
